Troubleshooting Network Configuration Problems

If the device tree fails to show devices in your configuration, you can launch VERITAS SANPoint Control to check for network errors that may be causing the wizard to not recognize your devices on the network. For more information on SANPoint Control, see the NetBackup Media Manager system administrator's guide.

  To launch SANPoint Control

  • Click View SANPoint Control.
