Shared Drive Wizard

This wizard configures shared drives in ACS, TLH, or TLM robot types. You can also add shared standalone drives with this wizard.

You can also use this wizard to configure shared drives in TL8 or TLD robot types, but the Device Configuration wizard is recommended for these robot types.

VERITAS recommends the following usage:

• Use the Device Configuration wizard when possible rather than the Shared Drive wizard. The Device Configuration wizard is available from the list of wizards shown in the right pane of the Media and Device Management window.
• Use the Shared Drive wizard with caution after initial device configuration.
