Processes Tab
The Processes tab displays the NetBackup processes running on the selected master server.
To monitor NetBackup processes

Open the Activity Monitor and select the Processes tab.

Double-click a process from the process list to view detailed status.
The following table describes the fields that appear in the Processes tab and the Process Details dialog:

Process ID (PID)
|
The unique identifier of this process. Process ID numbers are reused, so they only identify a process for the lifetime of that process.

Process name
|
The name of the process.
|
Process size
|
The process size of the daemon in kilobytes.
|
Start time
|
The date and time when the daemon process was started.
|
Total processor time
|
Amount of processor time (in seconds) that this process has spent in user mode.
