Goodies Scripts

The /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/goodies directory contains sample shell scripts that you can modify. You can use some of them in conjunction with the cron utility to create periodic mailings of information relating to NetBackup. They can also serve as examples of how to use NetBackup commands in scripts. If you use the example scripts, ensure that they are executable by other. Do this by running chmod 755 script_name. Where script_name is the name of the script.
