CLASSES=none PSTAMP=q20150705094621 LICINFO=Free as beer. DESC=This package creates a skeleton of commonly used directories beneath the install base directory. We use it to prevent the directories from deletetion by IPS: IPS checks on uninstall, if a directory used by the uninstalled package is still used by any other package. If not, it moves the whole tree to /var/pkg/lost+found/$path-$TIMESTAMP - in our transition phase from SVR4 to IPS this is not what we want: E.g. our /local/usr is used by a dedicated S10 zone to install SVR4 packages (and shared across the net via NFS). When a package becomes available via IPS, it gets first removed in the S10 zone, and than it gets installed in the dedicated S11 zone in the same NFS directory, i.e. /local/usr and thus we can migrate at the speed we want. However, IPS in the S11 zone doesn't know about the S10 zone and thus on package uninstall it might move still-in-use directories to /var/pkg/lost+found because it thinks, according to the package DB they are empty and unused.
