DESC=The International Components for Unicode (ICU) package is a mature, widely used set of C/C++ libraries providing Unicode and Globalization support for software applications. ICU is widely portable and gives applications the same results on all platforms. This package is basically the same as library/icu, however it is linked with '-std=c++03' (i.e. C++ 2003 Standard) instead of the ancient Crun/Cstd libs (kind of C++ 1998). It should be clear, that this package cannot be used as an replacement for library/icu. To avoid clashes with it we use a kansas-city shuffle (lucky number 7 for soname version and non /usr base).
