DESC=Ubuntu ships a haskell-devscripts-minimal package which simply does not work. Unfortunately Ubuntu does not care (may be because the releated scripts are a nightmare, awfully inefficient and bloated) so we need to provide a patched version of this junk to get haskell libraries/apps built on PPA the Ubuntu way =8-| .
