XBP Help Facility

xbp includes dialog help that appears when you click on a help button in a 
dialog and several help topics available on the Help menu:

* On Window describes the window elements and how to use them.

* Index displays an index of the help topics, including the dialog help.

* On Help displays this help information.

* On Version displays the version number of the xbp utility.

* Tutorial provides an overview of xbp, basic backup and restore 
  procedures, and X resource descriptions for configuring xbp.
