For backups, select Backup > Report Progress of Backup; for archives, select Backup > Report Progress of Archive; for restores, select Restore > Report Progress of Restore. -------------------------------- Log files in you $HOME directory Shows a list of progress report files. To view the contents of a log file, click the name of the log file in the Log files in you &HOME directory pane. To refresh the view, click the name of the log file again or select Automatic Refresh. -------- Log File The name of the log file being viewed. You can use this field to enter the name of a log file that does not match the xbp log file name convention ($HOME/bplog.xxxx.nnn, where xxxx is bkup, arch, or rest). ----------------- Automatic Refresh Select to refresh the log file view every ten seconds. Note that NetBackup has a capability to email the user when an operation is complete. This is not administered thru xbp; instead it is controlled by the bp.config file in the $HOME directory. --------------- Delete Log File Click to delete the selected log file.
